S&S Activewear Catalog – Head to My Account > Product Catalogs to enable S&S Activewear
PO Numbers – Under My Account > Invoice Information you can now elect to show PO numbers on your invoices
Email Templates – Create and utilize email templates when emailing customers to save time
All catalogs now update weekly to keep your pricing even more up to date

New: Revamped Analytics & Expense Tracking

We just released the ability to create expenses for your shop and specific orders. You can also see profit/loss charts for individual orders too.

Lastly we revamped out analytics features to be faster and easier to use. You can now see:

Total sales
Total sales by user
Quotes/Invoices created by date
Revenue/expenses by date
Sales tax generated by date
Sales by line item category

This update is for all Printavo plans, enjoy!

Hi Everyone!

New exciting features for the Printavo family:

Contacts under Customers – You can now have unlimited contacts/sub-customers under customers and use them when creating a quote. This was a highly requested feature and we’re glad we could make it happen.
View your own customers permissions – You may now have users on your account that can only view their own customers instead of all customers.
Cleaner Printing – We’re constantly working on cleaning up the printing view and have released an update for that.

Separation of Customer Due Date & Production Due Date

You can now store a Production Due Date and a separate Customer Due Date on every order. This helps shops when they become busier and would like to schedule jobs to be printed on a different date than the customer is actually picking up the order.

Great news on this warm Chicago day. We’re releasing the ability to add multiple screen pricing matrices. This means you’ll be able to choose which pricing schema you’d like to use when you’re quoting customers. Printavo shops will also now be able to duplicate line items to help save time. You can now customize your line items. This means you can set the columns you’d like to have on your line items. Set these preferences here
Each shop gets a Google SEO optimized website for local search. You’ll want to setup your shop’s information for that here as well. This public website allows potential customers to send you an Inquiry which gets stored in the Inquiry section of your Printavo account.
Our Global Products has been replaced by Broder Bros, we’re adding San Mar soon.
You can set an action to happen when a specific Invoice Status is changed here now.

If you need to create a copy of an invoice you created, follow these steps:

Go to the invoice you’d like to copy (ex. https://www.printavo.com/invoices/123 )
Scroll to the bottom right
Click on Duplicate Invoice
