You can now store a Production Due Date and a separate Customer Due Date on every order. This helps shops when they become busier and would like to schedule jobs to be printed on a different date than the customer is actually picking up the order.
We’d like to officially announce the ability to create purchase orders in Printavo! You can now mark line items as needing to be ordered and drag these line items to POs. POs can then be automatically sent to Vendors and monitored via shipping tracking numbers. Check out the video for a full demo:
Great news on this warm Chicago day. We’re releasing the ability to add multiple screen pricing matrices. This means you’ll be able to choose which pricing schema you’d like to use when you’re quoting customers. Printavo shops will also now be able to duplicate line items to help save time. Have a great week!

As we’ve stated before, we’re now are a Zapier.com partner. To get invited to our Zapier app, click here. Zapier is an app that lets you automate inputting and getting data from Printavo to other apps on the web. Ex. “automatically export all customers to Mailchimp”, “add orders to my Google Calendar” and more.
We also now have an API that you can use to build custom functionality on top of Printavo. For the developers out there, here’s our documentation. You are able to get and push data for your invoices, customers, employees, inquiries, products, expenses, payments, tasks and invoices statuses. Your API key is in My Account with a Premium account.
