We’ve been working so hard behind the scenes for the past two years to deliver to you Printavo. Doing everything from surveys shop owners to figuring out what features we should have, we wanted to create a product that takes the hassle out of managing a screen-printing shop.

Yes, we were suppose to launch February 1st but we ran into a few technical issues when finishing up Printavo. We’re working super hard everyday to get Printavo launch in the next few weeks, stay tuned. The final stretch

It’s been a long road to get to where we are today with Printavo. We’ve worked very hard for two years to deliver a high quality, web-based, shop management tool to the public. Printavo will be able to handle your invoices, payment collection, status of orders, scheduling and basic bookkeeping.

We’re so excited to release it to the public February 1!

I will be posting screen shots in the next few days of the tool as well 🙂

Hard Work Pays Off

Hi All,

We ran into a few back-end issues and are resolving them now with different parties involved. I am very dedicated to getting Printavo live as we are 70% done. We plan to get back to normal work in a few weeks and launch in about a month. I’m just as anxious as you guys are to get this live.

What is Printavo?

After running a screen-printing business for a good long while, we realized there’s not a simple solution for screen-printers to help manage their shop.  My name is Bruce Ackerman and I am one of the founders of Printavo.  While running my print shop in Illinois, we were using multiple software systems to keep track of orders, payments, customers and accounting functions.  Each system was separate and didn’t talk to one other which created redundancies, lost revenue and unhappy customers.  Our screen-printing shop grew quicker than expected which made our current system unacceptable to continue using.  This led us to search for a new centralized system to help us.

After weeks of research we came across Shopworx, Quickbooks, Filemaker and Teecal.  Each of these systems were not user friendly, needed to spend unnecessary time reading manuals,  costly, only accessible on one computer, needed server resources, slow, no mobile compatibility and poor customer service.  We could not use these for our screen-printing business.

We have been web developers as a side-job for a while so why not build the perfect, simple solution to help fellow screen-printers manage their shops!

Simplicity – No manual needed. Printavo’s focus is on creating a simple solution to help manage your business.  We want you to be able to sign up and begin using it right away without installing anything, purchasing hardware or doing anything strenuous.

Web-Based – Always there for you. It is very important to access your business operations wherever you are.  Whether it’s entering orders in on your smartphone or laptop anywhere, Printavo will be available for you.

Customer Support – Willing to go the extra mile. Plain and simple, we’re here to help you and we want your business to succeed.  Printavo will be extremely easy to use but very powerful.  But, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have a question or suggestion!

The screen-printing industry is growing quite quickly again since 2008 and shows no sign of slowing.  We want to help this industry by providing a simple, easy to use solution for screen-printing shops to help centralize and manage their shops.  Be sure to put your email address in the homepage so we can keep you up-to-date when we launch!
